MEET THE INSIGHT NARRATOR TEAM
CAROLINE FLORENCE
Caroline is a thought leader in insight generation, storytelling and data literacy skills and is passionate about helping others to build their capabilities and confidence in their business communication.
Outside of running the business Caroline spends her time bringing up 2 boys, competing in swimming challenges, camping in the great British outdoors, and travelling as much as she can.
JANE GRANT
Jane is an experienced trainer, coach and mentor who previously held senior positions in UK and international teams, working initially in sales & account management before moving into insights, storytelling and strategy.
Outside of work Jane is a keen sportswoman, competing in Obstacle Course Races (OCR) and Triathlons. She is a qualified OCR Trainer and coaches teenagers in the sport.
VICKY BALLANCE
Vicky is responsible for making the training delegate experience effortless and keeping the whole team organised and efficient.
Outside of work Vicky and her family can be found at the beach or the great outdoors and when it’s warm enough discovering new campsites!
